I was born in the Carolinas and grew up on the water in south Florida with sandy beaches and great fishing. My real estate career began when, after 11 years traveling the world with United Airlines, I decided to trade in my wings and luggage for an iPhone and laptop. My husband and I fell in love with the Greenville, SC area after a weekend trip many years ago. We quickly decided this is where we wanted to raise our family and have never looked back. Greenville is a vibrant and exciting place to be. There is always something to do, whether it is shopping downtown, taking in a Greenville Drive baseball game, or visiting the many state parks in the area.
I am a full-time real estate professional, specializing in first time home buyers in Greenville County, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS. I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and have received certification as a Relocation Specialist and New Home Sales Specialist. I am an active member in the Real Estate Buyer’s Agents Council (REBAC), the National Association of REALTORS, Council of Residential Specialist (CRS), and the South Carolina Association of REALTORS. I am a member of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS and hold a position with the Multiple Listing Service Committee for Greenville. I routinely hold New Home Buyer’s Workshops in which I educate first time buyers in the process of purchasing and owning a home.
I am affiliated with the Spaulding Group – ranked as one of the top teams with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, both in Greenville and worldwide. I was also Team Agent of the Year for 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2014. In addition, I volunteered to serve as my office’s campaign coordinator for the annual Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner United Way of Greenville County fundraiser in 2010 and 2011. From 2012 through 2015 I coordinated the United Way campaign for all seven Greenville County Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices offices, and we raised over $75,000 each year as a company for this wonderful organization. I believe in the mission of the United Way of Greenville County.
I live and work in this community. I take pride in raising my family in this community. A portion of all transactions generated through First Time First Place will be donated to the United Way of Greenville County. I enjoy growing relationships with clients even after the transaction is complete. This level of professional service allows me to do the majority of my business by referral. It’s important to me to provide the highest caliber of customer care throughout the entire home buying process. I love my work and attitude is everything!
