Sam was born and raised in Greenville, SC. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Sam comes from a background in real estate. Sam’s grandfather was a commercial and residential real estate investor and property manager, and Sam has family in Florida that are real estate investors. Previously, Sam worked in sales at Wells Fargo. After receiving his degree, Sam decided he wanted to work in outside sales and becoming a REALTOR® was the perfect fit. Ambitious and dedicated, Sam has achieved Multi-Million Dollar level production in real estate over the past 6 years as a REALTOR® and Broker Associate, earning various awards including Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS® Top Producer recognition in 2017-2023.
Sam works with both home buyers and sellers and has served many of his clients in various areas of the Upstate such as Greenville, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Taylors, Traveler’s Rest, and Spartanburg. Sam also helps many families relocate to South Carolina from different parts of the country.
