I have always been interested in real estate and the housing market and have been a licensed real estate agent since 2008. During the last 17 years, I have had the pleasure of assisting home buyers and sellers within the Greenville, SC area and buyers relocating from other areas. My passion is connecting a person or family to a particular home and I pride myself in not stopping until I find the “perfect fit” for my clients. I am well versed in traditional home sales, new construction, retirement/low maintenance living, homes with land, and foreclosures. My expertise in locating homes, negotiating contracts, and closing the deal will make your home buying process a smooth one. I grew up in Winston-Salem, NC and moved to Greenville in 1994 to attend Furman University. I graduated in 1998 with a degree in Health and Exercise Science and taught physical education and coached cross country from 1999-2004. I have been married to my husband Scott for 24 years and we have three children (21, 20, and 16yrs). I enjoy running and swimming in my free time and our family can usually be found in Clemson on football Saturdays in the fall and on the baseball field in the Spring! One of our children has special needs (Autism, specifically) and I have learned SO much in the past several years about the variety of resources in our area that pertain to schools, therapies, parent/family support- Feel free to pick my brain, if this scenario pertains to you or a loved one.
