You are more than a transaction to me you are my client and at the end of your journey my friend! A native of the area, I grew up in Laurens, SC. I started work at the age of 14 in a local jewelry store after school and weekends. I attended Laurens High School, where I graduated and decided on Anderson University in my pursuit of higher education. I graduated and received an Associate of Art degree. From there, I attended Winthrop University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. I was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and a member of the National Marketing Association. I continued to work in the jewelry industry through college and pursued a career with AA Friedman Company of Augusta, GA. There, I was promoted to manager of a local store and eventually went on the road all across the southeast – Alabama, Mississippi, Florida and Georgia – opening new stores from the ground-up. Some of my responsibilities included getting the store open from designing the store layout to hiring and training new associates. I was living in Mobile, AL at the time that I was offered the opportunity of opening two stores in the Greenville, SC area. I knew this was the perfect opportunity to get back to my roots. After a long run in the jewelry industry, I started a new career in the mortgage industry and helped many people obtain loans to purchase a home and also helped with their refinancing needs. I changed to the other side of the mortgage business and worked for Resurgent Capital Services for over 5 Years in Loss Mitigation, where I helped people who were faced with possible foreclosure. I was able to guide many customers thru possible workout programs that were available, to help them save their homes. The next phase of my career path led me to opening two stores – one on Ebay and the other on Amazon – and I have been working on building all aspects of these stores for the past 8 years. Greenville is truly a great area in which to live! Just an hour or so from the mountains and a few short hours from the beach. The downtown Greenville, SC area is just gorgeous, and the housing industry has something for everyone… from apartments to condos to farm living. I currently live in the Piedmont area – a little town called Moonville, just outside of Greenville – with my partner of 14 years. His name is also Brian, and we have a cat named Delores. We enjoy gardening, movies and trying new restaurants when we can find the time. A couple of my passions are landscaping and interior design. I have an enormous amount of experience working with people from all walks of life. Working with people and helping them achieve their goals is my passion and the main reason for pursuing a career in real estate sales. I have an eye for detail and have been on all sides of the table.
