With decades of experience in real estate sales, investing, and renovation, Bill specializes in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate throughout Greenville, Travelers Rest, and the greater Upstate South Carolina region.
A longtime resident of the Upstate, Bill has called Greenville home since 1986 and graduated from Travelers Rest High School before earning a business degree from Louisiana State University. After a brief entrepreneurial chapter in Austin, Texas, he returned to Greenville where his business background and passion for real estate quickly took hold.
Bill’s real estate journey began in 1998 when he purchased and fully renovated his first home in Greenville’s historic district. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for real estate investing and property transformation. Over the years, Bill has built a substantial real estate portfolio and developed a deep understanding of the market from both an agent’s and an investor’s perspective.
Today, Bill is known for his strategic insight, market knowledge, and ability to guide clients through complex real estate decisions with confidence. Whether assisting buyers searching for the perfect home, marketing distinctive properties, or advising clients on investment opportunities, Bill brings experience, discretion, and results-driven expertise to every transaction.
Bill is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), a designation awarded by the National Association of REALTORS® recognizing advanced training in helping clients age 50 and older navigate important real estate transitions such as downsizing, relocation, and lifestyle changes.
Outside of real estate, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle and their children, exploring Lake Keowee, attending Greenville Drive games at Fluor Field, and enjoying the vibrant lifestyle that makes Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina such exceptional places to live.
